Ownership structure
Although there is a company named "Channel Zero", most of the group's assets are held through a set of related companies with the same owners:[1]

- C.J. ("Cal") Millar – 25%
- Romen Podzyhun – 25%
A similar situation exists for the group's over-the-air stations, although the ownership differs slightly:[2]
- Christopher J. Fuoco and Kimberly S. Train – jointly own 30%
- Romen Podzyhun – 23.4%
- Anthony D’Andrea – 23.3%
- Cal Millar – 23.3%
Assets
Specialty channels
Channel Zero owns and operates three specialty television channels:
- Fight Now TV - an American sports channel devoted to combatant sports including boxing, wrestling, mixed-martial arts, and more.
- Movieola - Short film channel, featuring content from around the world
- Silver Screen Classics - Movie channel devoted to classic films from the 1930s through to the 1960s.
Channel Zero also has an interest in three adult category 2 digital cable channels:
- AOV Adult Movie Channel
- XXX Action Clips Channel
- Maleflixxx Television
The 3 channels are a joint venture between Channel Zero, Adults Only Video & Sureflix Digital Distribution.
Channel Zero also provides Fight Network, a Canadian digital television service, with use of its broadcasting facilities to output its signal and operate the service. The two companies signed a deal in 2005 that allows Fight Network access to Channel Zero's broadcast facilities.[3]
Over the air stations
Channel Zero also owns two over the air stations which it acquired from Canwest[4] and took control of on August 31, 2009. Both stations are independent and were previously O&Os of the E! system:
- CHCH Hamilton - Airs all local news during the day and movies at night
- CJNT Montreal - Airs music videos and local ethnic programming during the day, and foreign movies at night
Both since re-added US programming in fall 2010.
Distribution
Ouat Media [pronounced "what"] is a company specializing in the worldwide distribution of short films to various multi-platform mediums including broadcast television, internet, mobile devices, and other newly-developed media.
It features such Canadian short films as "I Do, Do I?", which won a Remi Gold Award at the 43rd WorldFest-Houston Independent International Film Festival. The score was composed by acclaimed producer Vikas Kohli at Fatlabs studios.[5][6]
Ouat Media is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and was created in 2006.
