Shachnev, Artur Vladimirovich (born in 1982, Vladivostok, Russia) – producer, director general of the “Artur V. Shachnev Production” production center, founder of the world-wide tour «Notre-Dame de Paris la Concert», founder of the SOFIA Symphony Orchestra, Russian entrepreneur.

Brief biography
Artur V. Shachnev was born in 1982 in Vladivostok, then moved to Tver, and to Moscow in 2009. In 2000 graduated from musical school on piano and guitar class. Subsequently studied “Computer security, basics of cryptography and information security”. 2000 to 2002 the owner of nightclub “From dusk till dawn” in Tver. Prior to the global financial crisis of 2008-2009 he headed his own Russian company «SHACHNEV»,[1] founded in 2006 that specialized in selling and servicing construction equipment. 2007 – founder of a guard enterprise of the commercial security “Alpha-scorpion”. 2003 to 2007 – president of the Tver Federation of Kiokushin Karate. 2009 till present – the founder and president of the «Artur V.Shachnev Charity Fund» charity fund.
In 2009 he founded Artur V. Shachnev Production, a production company which organized the world-wide "Notre-Dame de Paris La Concert" concert tour, and more than 30 concerts of the Russian variety performers.
In 2011 established and currently heads the international open tournament for martial arts and combat contests Ultimate World Fighting Kumite.[2][not in citation given]
In 2010 founded the SOFIA Symphony Orchestra having invited his friend and conductor Armen Pogosyan as the conductor and art director, who is worked in collaborate projects with The Walt Disney Company. The name of Artur V. Shachnev is on the list of the Swiss Encyclopedia of the most successful people of Russia. "Who is who in Russia"[3][not in citation given].

In 2010 the company together with The American Musical And Dramatic Academy (Los Angeles Campus & New York City Campus) founded the Musical Academy in Russia.[4] In the same year the directorate of the company organized a festival of classical ballet “Diaghilev. The Legacy” on the works of Sergei Diaghilev. Annually the company organizes about 100 concerts around Russia involving Russian and foreign artists.[citation needed] In 2010 the company Artur V. Shachnev Production jointly with the choreographer Redha Benteifour, the originator of Roméo et Juliette, de la Haine à l'Amour in paris, proceeded to creating the musical Titanic. By 2013 «Artur V. Shachnev Production» plans to release a feature film, Royalty.[citation needed]

SOFIA Symphony Orchestra
SOFIA Symphony Orchestra is a project of “Artur V. Shachnev Production” company, performances of which are being worked over. The orchestra includes 86 musicians, most of whom are the owners of international awards. The orchestra is conducted by Armen Pogosyan. SOFIA Symphony Orchestra has7 program in its repertoire:

The program consists of music from The Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia!, Chicago, Notre-Dame de Paris, Moulin Rouge!, Roméo et Juliette, de la Haine à l'Amour, Zorro, We Will Rock You, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Beauty and the Beast and Carmina Burana. Also a world tour with this program is planned.
LAB 404
In 2011 Shachnev developed and adopted the program “lab404”.[7] The program is patented and applied by advertisement company LAB404, which is specialized in concerts and theater arrangements on a turnkey basis.
