Opaka [ɔˈpaka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubaczów, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Lubaczów and 79 km (49 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 509.
