Its administrative seat and largest town isLubaczów , which lies convert|81|km|mi|0 east of the regional capitalRzeszów . The county contains three other towns:Oleszyce , convert|7|km|mi|0|abbr=on west of Lubaczów,Narol , convert|26|km|mi|0|abbr=on north-east of Lubaczów, andCieszanów , convert|12|km|mi|0|abbr=on north of Lubaczów.The county covers an area of convert|1308.37|km2|sqmi|1. As of 2006 its total population is 57,120, out of which the population of Lubaczów is 12,378, that of Oleszyce is 3,168, that of Narol is 2,120, that of Cieszanów is 1,899, and the rural population is 37,555.
