Flocking machine

Flocking machine

The electrostatic flocking machine is a high voltage generator. The principle of work is that unlike charges attract each other. When the electrostatic flocking machine working, it generates high voltage and the flock has a negative charge. Put the substrate at a zero potential or earthed. The flock flies vertically onto the surface of the substrate on account of the attraction by the substrate. The substrate was glued before flocking. So the flock stuck vertically onto the surface of the substrate. We can using flocking machine on various substrates, such as textile, fabric, woven fabric, paper, PVC, sponge, toys, automotive plastic, packing case etc. A flocked finish imparts a decorative and/or functional characteristic to the surface. The variety of materials that are applied to numerous surfaces through different flocking methods create a wide range of end products. The flocking process is used on items ranging from retail consumer goods to products with high technology military applications.--http://www.jnxf.com/demo_einfo.asp 09:12, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
