Saint Leo University , in Saint Leo, and terminates in Dade City, at US Truck Route 98 & 301.State Road 52 exists primarily as a six-lane commercial strip between US 19 and Moon Lake Road. In the mid-2000's, the road was widened to six lanes between Moon Lake Road and
Suncoast Parkway , but most of the development taking place here has been residential so far. On the Southeast corner of the Suncoast parkway interchange, there is a Florida State Police barrcks and Florida Division of Forestry fire tower.East of US 41 in Gower's Corner is community known as the [http://www.cfaspp.com/FASP/AirportPDFs/pilotcountryapril2005.pdf Pilot Country Estates Airport] , where residents have their own private airplanes.
Between Pasco CR 579 and Alternate Pasco CR 35, there's an Alternate Pasco CR 52 along Clinton Avenue that has no direct connection to State Road 52.
