History
The airport was extended during World War II by the Royal Australian Air Force as No. 10 Elementary Flying Training School for a training school providing initial flight training for pilot graduates flying de Havilland Tiger Moth aircraft. After World War II, the airfield was handed to the Department of Civil Aviation.
It is now the home of the Temora Aviation Museum.
