Clouston syndrome

Clouston syndrome

The Clouston syndrome (hidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, HED) is a rare disease (according to the Office of Rare Diseases), a genetic ectodermal disorder.

It is characterized by dystrophy of nails, alopecia,and palmoplantar hyperkeratosis.
