Workers' Party (in Turkish: "İşçi Partisi") is a political party in Turkey led by Doğu Perinçek. İP has its roots in the Revolutionary Workers and Peasants Party of Turkey (TİİKP) and Workers and Peasants Party of Turkey (TİKP).

İP combines its Maoist rhetoric with a hardline Turkish nationalism. Concerning Cyprus, Greece or Armenia, it shares its positions with the Nationalist Movement Party. Diaspora members of the party work with nationalists when the aim is to take out an Armenian genocide memorial and similar actions. It supports the position of Rauf Denktaş in Cyprus. On the international level, it is linked with Eurasianism.

İP publishes weekly magazine " [http://www.aydinlik.com.tr/ Aydınlık] ", monthly review "Teori" (Theory) and monthly science journal "Bilim ve Ütopya" (Science and Utopia). They also run a TV channel called " [http://www.ulusalkanal.com.tr/ Ulusal Kanal] " (National Channel) and own the publishing house "Kaynak Yayınları" (Sorce Publications).

The youth wing of İP is known as " [http://www.oncugenclik.org.tr/ Öncü Gençlik] " (Vanguard Youth). The women wing of İP is known as "Öncü Kadin' (Vanguard Women)

Documents founded in the frame of the 2008 Ergenekon investigation at the Workers' Party headquarters proved that the MIT intelligence agency had paid in the 1980s neo-nationalist militants, headed by Abdullah Catli, to carry out assassinations against ASALA and PKK members.
