Haley formed the band in 1999 with his brother Joe, bass guitarist Cameron Grant and vocalist Matthew Chalk. Chalk was subsequently replaced by Jason Peppiatt.[1] Previously, the Haleys were members of Disseminate.
Haley has recorded four albums as a member of Psycroptic. He is also currently a member of the Hobart black metal band Ruins and has been drumming for Blood Duster since August 2007. Along with these credits, Haley is a former member of The Amenta and has played on albums by Belgian death metal band Aborted and Dubai thrash act Nervecell.
