Dave Haley is the drummer with Australian death metal band Psycroptic. Haley formed the band in 1999 with his brother Joe, bass guitarist Cameron Grant and vocalist Matthew Chalk. Chalk was subsequently replaced by Jason Peppiatt.^[1] Previously, the Haleys were members of Disseminate.

Haley has recorded four albums as a member of Psycroptic. He is also currently a member of the Hobart black metal band Ruins and has been drumming for Blood Duster since August 2007. Along with these credits, Haley is a former member of The Amenta and has played on albums by Belgian death metal band Aborted and Dubai thrash act Nervecell.
