Strathmore-Vanderbilt Country Club is an equity (member-owned)
country club located inManhasset, New York . Incorporated in the 1930s, the club's original membership roster numbered about 200 members and their households. Surrounded by beautiful grounds and sought-after houses, the clubhouse is the centerpiece of the Strathmore-Vanderbilt community social life. The building itself, meticulously maintained, is a replica ofLe Petit Trianon , a French chateau, and is a landmark on the North Shore of Long Island.
