There is a very frequent daily service northbound to
Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street. With most services going onwards usually to Bargoed, Treherbert, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil.Southbound there are regular services Monday to Saturday to Penarth, Barry Island and Bridgend. Sundays half-hourly to Barry Island and two-hourly to Penarth and Bridgend respectively.
