The Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA) is a public, non-profit organization in
Massachusetts , charged with providingpublic transportation to theGreater Lowell area. This primarily includes the city of Lowell and the towns of Billerica, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury and Tyngsboro.
