Donald L. Graham

Donald L. Graham (born 1948) is an American lawyer and judge.

Graham was born in 1948 in Salisbury, North Carolina. He graduated from West Virginia State College in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 and from the Ohio State University College of Law with a J.D. in 1974.

Graham served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) from 1975 to 1977. He served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1974-1979, holding the rank of captain, and in the Army Reserve JAG Corps from 1983-1991.

Graham served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida from 1979 to 1984. He was in private practice in Miami from 1984 to 1991.

President George H.W. Bush nominated Graham to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on June 17, 1991, to the seat vacated by Sidney M. Aronovitz. Confirmed by the Senate on September 12, 1991, he received commission on September 16, 1991.
