County Suceava County Population (2002)[1] 2,289 Time zone EET (UTC+2) – Summer (DST) EEST (UTC+3) Ulma is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Costileva, Lupcina, Măgura, Nisipitu and Ulma.
At the 2002 census, 58.7% of inhabitants were Ukrainians and 41.3% Romanians. 99% were Eastern Orthodox.
