The
Croxley Rail Link to divert theMetropolitan Line 'sWatford branch toWatford Junction via the disused Croxley Green branch has been heavily supported and would see the return ofLondon Underground trains, albeit formed of theMetropolitan Line 's surface stock rather than the deep level stock of the Bakerloo Line.cite web

accessdate=2008-07-24]There has also been plans, however, to re-extend the
Bakerloo Line back toWatford Junction . This would result in anotherLondon Underground line servicing the station. If this was to happen it has been stated thatLondon Overground services will be withdrawn from theWatford DC Line completely.References
