Taco Grande is a parody of Gerardo's song "Rico Suave" written by "Weird Al" Yankovic. It is about the narrator's cravings for Mexican food and his visit to a fictional Mexican restaurant (revealed to be the "Enrico's House of Salsa" after translation). The song was recorded in 1992 and appears on Yankovic's albums "Off The Deep End" and "The Food Album".

In 2007, Disney hired Tim Buppert to re-record "Taco Grande" for the soundtrack to Ratatouille.
