Mikhail Iosifovich Yakushin (Russian: Михаил Иосифович Якушин; born 15 November 1910 in Moscow; died 3 February 1997 in Moscow) was a Russian football player and manager.

As a player he played for Moscow clubs STS (1928–1929), SKiG (1931–1933), and Dynamo (1933–1944). He played in 3 unofficial matches for USSR in 1935, scoring 1 goal.

As a manager he coached Dynamo Moscow from 1944 to 1950 and from 1953 to 1960, winning six Soviet titles (1945, 1949, 1954, 1955, 1957, 1959). He served as the head coach of the USSR national football team in 1959 and from 1967 to 1968.
