Terry (Victor) Carisse (July 11 1942–May 22 2005) was a Canadian country music singer, guitarist, and songwriter.

He was born in Ottawa in 1942. Together with Bruce Rawlins, he composed songs performed by the Mercey Brothers, Carroll Baker, Bill Anderson, Marie Bottrell, and Charlie Louvin, among others.

After performing as part of Baker's band from 1978 to 1980, he began a solo career. He recorded his first album on the Mercey Brothers' MBS label and later recorded with Savannah Records. He won the Canadian Country Music Association's Male Vocalist of the Year award six times. Carisse toured with his own band, Tracks, during the 1980s.

Terry Carisse died of cancer at the age of 62 in 2005. He was posthumously inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006.
