K-368 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Kansas. K-368 is a one-mile north and south spur of K-268 that serves Pomona State Park in east-central Kansas.

It is the second-highest number of a state highway, and is one of three in the K-3xx series.

It first appeared on the Kansas Department of Transportation Map in 1965.
