spur_of=18K-114, is a short spur of K-18 that begins at K-18 six miles west of Manhattan and ends at the Ogden city limits. The road continues as Riley Street in Ogden and Heubner Road in
Fort Riley . The K-18/K-114 intersection is partial, allowing access to west K-114 only from west K-18. East K-114 exits only to east K-18.History
