The Lancaster County Jail is a three-story stuccoed building in Lancaster, South Carolina that was built in 1823 and reflected innovations in jail design. It separated debtors from other criminals, and had no dungeon.

It is a significant example of the architecture of Robert Mills, a specialist in penal institutions architecture.cite web|url=http://www.nationalregister.sc.gov/lancaster/S10817729002/index.htm
