ՍարուխանCoordinates: 40°17′21″N 45°08′03″E / 40.28917°N 45.13417°E Country Armenia Province Gegharkunik Population (2008) – Total 6,705 Sarukhan (Armenian: Սարուխան; formerly Dalikardash and Dalighardash) is a town in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. The town was named in honor of Hovhannes Sarukhanian (1882-1920), a Communist revolutionary.
