Tsovinar ( _hy. Ծովինար; formerly, Kolakran) is a town in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia. East of town is the Urartian city of Teyseba (Odzaberd) founded by Rusa I. Teyseba is the best preserved Urartian site in the Sevan basin.
