Rhea Bailey

Rhea Bailey is an English actress. She is the younger sister of singer Corinne Bailey Rae [Kent, Melissa: [http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/article21856.ece Caroline's murderous return] , "The Sun", March 16, 2007.] , and was born in Leeds, West Yorkshire to a Kittitian father and an English mother.

Her television roles include Chloe Simms on the soap opera "Crossroads", former student Yasmin Deardon in BBC school drama "Waterloo Road", and Jade in the "Torchwood" episode "Out of Time".

She has been cast as Police Constable Mel Ryder in the ITV police drama "The Bill", and will appear on screen in June 2008.
