Stocklinch is a village and civil parish convert|3.5|mi|km|0|lk=on north east of Ilminster in the South Somerset district of Somerset, England.

The village is one Somerset's eight Thankful Villages (from a total of 32 villages in England) [Arthur Mee, "Somerset", Hodder and Stoughton (1941)] , in which all of the men who served in the great war came home.

The Church of St Mary Magdalen dates from the 13th century and has been designated by English Heritage as a grade I listed building, [cite web | title=Church of St Mary Magdalen | work=Images of England | url=http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/search/details.aspx?id=264002 | accessdate=2008-02-08] while the Church of St Mary the Virgin, which is of the same vintage is grade II* listed.
