Jacquie Beltrao

Jacquie Beltrao, born Jacqueline Leavy on 21 April 1965 is a former rhythmic gymnast who represented Great Britain at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. She was born in Dublin, and grew up in Coventry, England. She studied Sports science at Birmingham University, and joined Sky News in 1992, where she first worked as a publicist before later becoming a sports reporter and presenter. She now presents updates on weekdays during Sunrise, and for the first hour of the following programme, Sky News Today. She is a supporter of Arsenal Football Club, and Celtic, while also following the fortunes of the Republic of Ireland.
