History
Some Bloods and Crips are found all over the United States, however. For example, There are some Bloods in Newark, New Jersey. The Bloods & Crips project was organized by producer Ronnie Phillips and rapper Tweedy Bird Loc, who is a Kelly Park Compton Crip himself.[1] Actual gang members, Crips from Compton and Long Beach, Bloods from Inglewood and Los Angeles[1] auditioned for the group and the best ones were chosen for the album.[2] In 1993 the Bloods & Crips released their debut album entitled Bangin' on Wax for Warlock Records. One year later, the groups second and final studio album, Bangin' on Wax 2... The Saga Continues was released. After Bangin' on Wax 2, the Bloods & Crips parted ways, with the Bloods becoming the Damu Ridas and the Crips became the Nationwide Rip Ridaz.
The idea behind the albums was to get the gang members to bang (slang for fight) on wax (i.e., record) and not in the streets. Each record consisted of a "B" side and a "C" side. The B side consisted of Bloods and the C side consisted of Crips. The song "Bangin On Wax" was the only song where the Bloods & Crips rapped together in the original album. Most of the songs were written and recorded in the same studio session.

- Big Wy aka Red Rag[2] (Crenshaw Mafia Gang) - Alive. Big Wy is still rapping.
- Lil' Hawk (Crenshaw Mafia Gang) - Alive (incarcerated). Lil' Hawk is a member of the Damu Ridas. He's currently serving a 25 to life sentence.
- Spyder aka S.P (Crenshaw Mafia Gang) - Deceased. Spyder was a member of the 104th CMG. He was killed by Figueroa avenue mexican gang.
- Tip Toe (Crenshaw Mafia Gang) - Deceased. Tip Toe didn't appeared on the Bloods & Crips album, but was a member of the Damu Ridas. Tip Toe was killed by a Piru gang, the Neighborhood Piru.
- O.G Mad Eye aka Big Mad Eye (Crenshaw Mafia Gang) - Deceased. O.G Mad Eye didn't appeared on the Bloods & Crips album, but was a member of the Damu Ridas. Big Mad Eye and his little brother Lil' Mad Eye had been both murdered.
- Pimp D (Crenshaw Mafia Gang)- Deceased. Pimp D didn't appeared on the Bloods & Crips album, but was a member of the Damu Ridas. Pimp D and Tip Toe had a similar voice but aren't the same person.
- Bloody Mary aka Nini X[2] (Fruit Town Brim) - Deceased. It is not sure she was a Fruit Town Brim. She died in a motorcycle accident.
- Green Eyez (Inglewood Family Gang) - Alive. Green Eyez made a solo album.
- B-Brazy (L.A. Denver Lane Bloods) - Deceased. B-Brazy was a member of the Damu Ridas. B-Brazy has been killed in 2003 by a mexican gang.
- Lil' Laniak 2 [2] (L.A. Denver Lane Bloods) - Deceased. Lil' Laniak 2 was a member of the Damu Ridas. He was shot and killed, while he was with his kid, by the Campanella Park Piru. His brother Big Laniak 1 has also been killed.
- Peanut 2 aka KP (L.A Denver Lane Bloods) - Deceased. Peanut 2 didn't appeared on the Bloods & Crips album, but was a member of the Damu Ridas. He has been killed by an unknown gang. His brother O.G Peanut has also been killed.

- Dogg aka Suga Buga (Weirdos Bloods) - Alive. Suga Buga is still rapping.

- Twin Loc aka G-Cell (Avalon Gangsta Crips) - Alive. Twin Loc made a solo album, It's on and Crackin', under the name "O.G Cell-E-Cell", he is still rapping notably with Redrum 781.
- Broncoe (Fudgetown Mafia Crips) - Alive. Broncoe isn't dead. There has been a rumor since August 2011 that Broncoe was killed by the police, but it wasn't the same person.
- AWOL (Kelly Park Compton Crips) - Deceased. AWOL was shot and killed by the police around 1997 when he was high by PCP.
- Crip Inch[3] (Kelly Park Compton Crips) - Deceased
- Fo' Clips Eclipse aka Young Malcolm (Kelly Park Compton Crips) - Deceased. 4 Clips made a solo album named "Just be Thankful" in 1995. Just after he made the album, he was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting.
