Rodger W. 'RJ' Jennings (born on July 9, 1954), is a Green Party candidate for ushr|Illinois|12| ( [http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/il12_109.gifmap] ) of the United States House of Representatives. The incumbent is Democrat Jerry Costello.

Jennings is a senior manager of projects for Western Union. He is also chairman of the Metro East Green Party. Jennings announced his candidacy November 29 at the Carbondale Civic Center during a morning news conference.
