Barachois is a Canadian band from
Prince Edward Island that plays traditionalAcadian music.The members of the group are:

*Hélène Bergeron - keyboard, guitar, fiddle, vocals
*Louise Arsenault - fiddle, guitar, vocals

The band's self-titled debut album was nominated in 1997 for three

The band has separated recently. Chuck and Albert are now touring the maritimes and enjoying a success with the "Chuck & Albert" concept including music and skits.
