History

Between 2003 and 2005, Apnea modeled for SuicideGirls, an alt porn and softcore nude website. She used ‘Apneatic’ as her screen name when she joined GodsGirls.com on April 6, 2006 and states on her profile that she joined GodsGirls.com because she was on the rebound. Since then, Apnea has been published in over 30 publications including 5 covers and has started exploring her acting career. The meaning of "Apnea"

She models under either "Apnea" or "Apneatic". Her husband helped her come up with the name ‘Apnea’ and she liked the way it sounded and he thought it could be some kind of metaphor for taking one's breath away.

On April 7, 2006 Apnea claims in a journal entry on GodsGirls.com that she made up the word Apneatic which became the name of her successful paysite, called Apneatic.com: "I made up the word 'Apneatic'. I really did. 'Apneic' is the correct adjective derived from 'Apnea'."
