As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 96 people, 48 households, and 27 families residing in the city. Thepopulation density was 825.6 people per square mile (308.9/km²). There were 60 housing units at an average density of 516.0/sq mi (193.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.88% White, 1.04% Native American, 2.08% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.08% of the population.There were 48 households out of which 16.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% were married couples living together, and 41.7% were non-families. 41.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 25.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.00 and the average family size was 2.71.
In the city the population was spread out with 15.6% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 25.0% from 25 to 44, 24.0% from 45 to 64, and 30.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 47 years. For every 100 females there were 92.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.4 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $38,125, and the median income for a family was $40,625. Males had a median income of $27,500 versus $18,125 for females. The
per capita income for the city was $31,215. There were no families and 3.4% of the population living below thepoverty line , including no under eighteens and 15.0% of those over 64.References
