David Cummings (nicknamed "Thunder") started martial arts at the age of 4 under the instruction of Jim Butin, Tommy Williams and David Cummings Sr. At age 6 David started amateur Boxing under Lloyd Heath and the Heath Boxing Club in Oklahoma. David found his true passion the following year when he had his first Muay Thai match.
