MegaBox is a large shopping centre in Hong Kong and part of the Enterprise Square Five shopping and office complex, located at 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, near Telford Plaza. With 19 storeys and a floor area of 1,100,000 sq ft (100,000 m²), MegaBox is the largest shopping centre in Eastern Kowloon and the largest block plaza in Hong Kong. It is set to redefine shopping, entertainment, dining and the arts to create an exciting, dynamic experience for all visitors.

In addition MegaBox has the only ice rink, MegaIce, in Hong Kong to meet international standards.^{[clarification needed]} MegaBox's UA theatre is the first commercial theatre in Hong Kong to have the IMAX film display system.^[2] It also offers 1000 car parking spaces enabling shoppers to "park and shop".

Enterprise Square Five

Located in the heart of a rapidly growing residential and office district, Enterprise Square Five is another Grade A office/retail landmark developed by Kerry Properties. The development has a gross area of 1,600,000 sq ft (150,000 m²). It comprises two 15-storey office towers totalling 500,000 sq ft (46,000 m²) and the 19-storey shopping mall Megabox.

Architecture

The "Void" for electronic messages

Designed by world-renowned architects Jerde, MegaBox boasts a host of outstanding features and iconic images. The trademark square and circle frontispiece is an eye-catching deep red, a propitious Chinese colour.

MegaBox is built around Totally Connected Modules (TCM).^[3] This proprietary ‘TCM’ concept is realized in three ways: First, in the free-flow of visitor traffic, facilitated by express escalators and elevators connecting the mall’s four major zones; second, in the convenient access driveway reaching all floors, enabling drivers to quickly reach the top zone in only three loops; and third, the mall's ultimate connectivity with the outside environment through its L5 and Beehive Atriums, both incorporating six-storey glass curain wall allowing natural light to flood into the building and giving shoppers scenic vistas across Kowloon and Hong Kong. Moreover, a 10-metre long Video Eye is set at Ball Atrium, allowing visitors to grasp upcoming activity and latest news of the mall.

The Four Major Zones

MegaBox has four distinctive lifestyle-theme zones catering to shoppers’ personalized tastes and aspirations; they are IN-Style, Better HOME, FAMILY Circus and EATertainment.

IN-Style (G/F – L2)

The IN-Style Zone spans three floors and encompasses fashion, accessories and superstores. The major tenants is Extravaganza, Hang Seng Bank, McDonald's and Mannings.

Before January 2010, there were several trendy fashion and gift stores, such as PiT, Nici, Mac Look, FX Creations, Extravaganza, Evisu, Scoops, Area 0264 and Novo Concept. However, the shops have since been replaced by a JUSCO Department Store in June 2010, which includes a supermarket and three restaurants.

Better HOME (L3 – L5)

Showcasing house and apartment decoration shops are the three storeys of the Better HOME Zone. The major tenants are Giormani Furniture, Simmons, Osim, OTO, and DG Lifestyle Store.

B&Q and Spotlight opened in 2007. However, due to their products' unpopularity in Hong Kong, the shops closed in 2009 and were replaced by IKEA in June, 2010.
