It is located on the Wabash River. Johnny Appleseed is said to have owned a piece of property there once. There are a few churches, a softball field, and some former general stores. About 37 years ago there was a huge sesquicentennial celebration there with Square Dancing, an Ice Cream Social, and other carrying's on. It is just across the river from Jay City, a town with about 5 houses. The nearest business of large size is the Resort called Bearcreek Farms about 2 miles East.
