The
Shepperton Branch, or Thames Valley Line, opened on1 November 1864 , accessed from the Strawberry Hill direction only. The curve from Fulwell toTeddington opened to freight on1 July 1894 and first carried passengers on1 June 1901 . The Kingston loop and Shepperton branch were electrified on1 January 1916 . Since then nearly all Shepperton branch services have been routed via Kingston Upon Thames.Services
The off-peak service is two trains an hour to London Waterloo via Kingston and two trains an hour to Shepperton. On Sundays there is one train an hour each way.
