"All the Small Things." is a song by Blink-182 from their 1999 album "Enema of the State". It is one of only two Blink-182 singles to reach the number 1 spot on the US Modern Rock chart. Tom DeLonge was inspired to write the song after Tom's then girlfriend, and now wife, complained that he had written many songs about all the other girls he had known in his life, but none about her. The line in the song "she left me roses by the stairs/ surprises let me know she cares" references an actual incident where Tom came home late one night and had been left flowers by his girlfriend.

Directed by Marcos Siega, the video parodies various pop videos produced by a number of artists, including The Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, 98 Degrees, Sugar Ray, Britney Spears, Westlife, Christina Aguilera, Ricky Martin and 5ive. It was nominated for Video of the Year award.

"All The Small Things" was Blink-182's first number 1 single and their biggest hit, the second being "I Miss You". "All The Small Things" spent several weeks at #1 on the US Modern Rock chart. The song was also number 6 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also charted at number 2 in the UK. The single was certified platinum in Australia.

*Ottawa's Radio Station The Team 1200 and some of its anchors made a remake version of this song called "All the Leafs Stink" during the on-going feud of the Battle of Ontario between the Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs.

*On the show "Whose Line is it Anyway?" the comedians made a song using the same beat and rhythm as this song. The song was titled "Hit Man Girl." It was about a hit man.
*It was used in "The Simpsons" episode "Barting Over" in which Blink-182 guest-starred.
*It was heard in the end credits of "Charlie's Angels". However, it is not on its soundtrack album.
*The song can be heard during a scene in the Bronze during the episode "Something Blue" from season 4 of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
