Mark Joseph Donahue (born January 281956) is a former All-American football offensive guard who played with the University of Michigan Wolverines and the Cincinnati Bengals.

A native of Oak Lawn, Illinois, Donahue attended Brother Rice High School in the Chicago Catholic League before enrolling at the University of Michigan. Donahue was a two-time consensus All-American lineman, earning the honor in 1976 and 1977. He was the 13th player in Michigan football history to be twice honored as an All-American and was considered one of the finest pulling guards ever to play at Michigan.

Donahue was a varsity letterman on the 1975 and 1976 offensive lines that produced both of the games in which Michigan had three rushers accumulate 100 yards.cite web|url=http://www.mgoblue.com/document_file/fbl-2007spring-records1.pdf|title=Record Book|accessdate=2007-12-27|date=2007|publisher=University of Michigan & Host Interactive] [cite web|url=http://stats.ath.umich.edu/football/gametot.php?gkey=259|title=Versus Northwestern October 18, 1975|accessdate=2007-12-27|date=2003|publisher=Regents of the University of Michigan] [cite web|url=http://stats.ath.umich.edu/football/gametot.php?gkey=273|title=Versus Stanford September 18, 1976|accessdate=2007-12-27|date=2003|publisher=Regents of the University of Michigan]
