Standings and results for Group 3 of the 1992 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying tournament.

Group 3 consisted of Cyprus, Italy, Hungary, Norway and the USSR. The USSR won this group with 13 points; this was ahead of Italy, who drew half of their games. The USSR didn't lose once and drew 0-0 in both matches with Italy.
