Panayiotis Xiourouppas ( _el. Παναγιώτης Ξιούρουππας) (born September 4, 1968) is a former international Cypriot football striker. He is the current assistant manager of Enosis Neon Paralimni with the head coach of the team Marios Constantinou.

He started and ended his career in AC Omonia. He also played for AEK Larnaca, Anorthosis Famagusta.
