3-Allylfentanyl is an opioid analgesic that is an analogue of fentanyl.

3-Allylfentanyl has similar effects to fentanyl. [Casy AF, Ogungbamila FO. 3-Allyl analogues of fentanyl. "Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology". 1982 Mar;34(3):210.] Side effects of fentanyl analogues are similar to those of fentanyl itself, which include itching, nausea and potentially serious respiratory depression which can be life-threatening.
