Dr Victor Kwok-king Fung (Chinese:馮國經)(born 1945) is the Group Chairman of
Li & Fung group of companies, also the current Chairman of theAirport Authority Hong Kong - the agency responsible for runningHong Kong 's Chep Lap Kok International Airport, theHong Kong University Council and the GreaterPearl River Delta Business Council.Dr Fung is the Chairman of the Hong Kong-Japan Business Co-operation Committee and Co-Chair of the France-based Evian Group. He is also the Vice-Chairman of The International Chamber of Commerce (2007-2008). He was the Chairman of the
