2003 UK Snooker Championship

The 2003 Travis Perkins UK Championship took place at the Barbican Centre in York starting on 18 November and TV stages shown on BBC TV took place between 22 and 30 November 2003. The sponsor for this year's event was building merchant Travis Perkins which they also sponsored the championship in 2004 and 2005.

Matthew Stevens won his first and so far only ranking title when he beat five times UK champion Stephen Hendry 10-8. In the final, Hendry failed a 147 attempt when he missed the yellow while on 120.
