Pharaoh's Theme And Water Park is a defunct amusement park located in Redlands, California, about 7 miles southeast of downtown San Bernardino. Pharaoh's had a theme park portion, and a water park portion. Pharaoh's was the largest water theme park in the Inland Empire. The park featured Egyptian surroundings with over 65 palm trees. The park is currently in a state of decay visible from Interstate 10.

Rides And Attractions

Pharaohs used to have many carnival rides until late 2006 when they were torn down. They included The Orbiter, Pharaohs Fury, Bumper Cars, Tiltawirl, The Runaway Train Roller Coaster, and the Screaming Mummy Roller Coaster. Pharaoh's also had an adult race track and a children's race track. The other rides of the park also included miniature golf and bumper boats.

Water Park

Pharaoh's was mostly known for its water park. The Pharaoh's Water Park featured 8 water slides. Pharaoh's management claimed to have the tallest water slide in the country. Pharaoh's also had a kiddie playground. The park had a wave pool where guests could ride a static wave on a boogie board. The water park also included two large swimming pools and a "Nile River" where guests could float around in a big circle in rafts.

Entertainment and Food

Pharaoh's had many guests perform for entertainment. For entertainment Pharaoh's lit up the 2,000 seat amphitheater in the park to host several concerts. Pharaoh's hosted the annual event named " Localpalooza" where select bands came and performed from around the Inland Empire. For food, Pharaoh's had several ways you can dine. For one there was the Pyramid Grill where guests can enjoy a simple lunch. The park also had small booths spread around the park where you could buy drinks or small snacks. For a more casual dining experience Pharaoh's offered the 3 million dollar restaurant "Casablanca" on the second level of the main building which also served as a nightclub.

Name Change

In 2006 Pharaoh's was purchased by the Aryana Management Group after being run for 10 years by the former owner James Braswell. Pharaoh's name was changed from Pharaoh's Lost Kingdom to Pharaoh's Theme And Water Park. Aryana Management claimed to have spent over 9 million dollars renovating the park and adding the Casablanca Restaurant And Ultra Lounge.
