Kathy Lambert is a Republican member of the
King County Council , the legislative body forKing County ,Washington . Lambert is in her second full term representing the third district, which includes North Bend, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Sammamish, Fall City, Duvall, Redmond, Carnation, Skykomish, and most of Woodinville.In 2001 she defeated Democrat Kristy Sullivan with 64% of the vote. Before becoming a full-time elected official she was an elementary school substitute teacher. Kathy is married and has adult children and several grandchildren.
Washington State Legislature
Kathy represented the 45th district in Washington's legislature for seven years, serving on the Appropriations, Judiciary, State Government, and Rules committees.
