Plot

The show is based on a tale of an Ichadhari Naaginn who transforms herself to take revenge from the Singh family that had killed her parents (who were king and queen of Naag community) for attaining the valuable Naagmani (snake gem).

While dying, the queen naaginn instructs her daughter to take revenge from these men and get back the naagmani in their community, so that she can give back life to the Naag & Naagin. In order to fulfill the wish of her dying 'naaginn' mother, Amrita transforms herself into human being to take the revenge. And now she gets married in the same family that had killed her parents. But the dilemma is that her duty as a wife comes in between her revenge and her love towards her 'human' husband. After a lots of turmoils in her life, Amrita gets pregnant. However, in protecting Amrita and the unborns, Arjun (Amrita's husband) dies. Each of the family members die except for Triveni. Amrita gives birth to two identical twins. After giving birth to them, Triveni and Surmaya come and kill Amrita with the deadly poison, Vasuki. However, Kanishk comes and helps Amrita as she wants to live for her daughters he advises her to become a ghostly spirit so she can watch her children however she will not be able to touch them and they will not be able to see her. Amrita agrees. Amrita's two daughters are about seven years old and they will look exactly like Amrita when they grow up. One daughter is with Triveni who treats her miserably and the other daughter is with a village woman who soon dies. Lyrics of the Title Song

Khrod Ho, Aavesh Ho, Rosh Ho, Pratirodh Ho

Vidhvans Ho, Aagrosh Ho, Vinaash Ho, Pratishod Ho

Bhar Rahi Aankhon Mein Dushmani, Khrod Khrod

Aa Gayi Badlein Ki Ab Ghari, Pratishod Khrod

Cheen Lu Ghi Zaalimo Ki Zindagi

Apne Saaye, Roti Raahein, Kaisi Mushkil Aa Ghayi

Sooni Duniya, Pyasi Ankhiyaan, Khoi Khushiyaan

Waadon Ki Agni Pariksha Mein

Jalti Naaginn, Jalti Naaginn, Jalti Naaginn
