Charlie Justice is a Democratic member of the Florida Senate, representing the 16th District since 2006. Previously he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 53rd District from 2001 through 2006.

Justice ran in 2010 as the Democratic nomination for U.S. Representative for Florida's 10th District, but lost to GOP candidate Bill Young.
