Secretariat (book)

"Secretariat" is a book written by Raymond G. Woolfe, Jr. which was published in 2001 by The Derrydale Press. (ISBN 978-1586670672)

The book is a non-fiction work that recounts the story of the legendary American Thoroughbred racehorse Secretariat who won the Triple Crown in 1973.

In 1988, the author published a limited, leather-bound collector's edition in celebration of the 25th Triple Crown Anniversary. The book was updated and expanded in a hardcover edition with a foreword written by Secretariat's jockey, the Racing Hall of Fame inductee, Ron Turcotte. It was released as a mass-market edition in 2001.
