John B. O'Brien (13 December, 1884 – 15 August, 1936), was an American actor and director of the silent era. He appeared in 88 films between 1909 and 1936. He also directed 53 films between 1914 and 1926.

He was born in Roanoke, Virginia and died in Los Angeles, California.
