Christian "Xaropinho" Uflacker is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. He holds a black belt under Carlos Gracie Jr.[1] He is currently the head instructor at Uflacker Academy, in Summit, Illinois.[2] He made his MMA debut in 2008 and represented Uflacker Academy and won. He won his Strikeforce debut on November 7, 2009 by unanimous decision.[3]
